Rooms

The rental villas are fully self contained and decorated in warm colors to make you feel at home at the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. Each villa has a dining area and a lounge area, LCD sat. TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Air-conditioning and under-floor heating.

Each villa has its private terrace with lounge area and a dining area with private BBQ. The large swimming pool is communal and provided with a 200 m2 sun terrace. For the little ones there is a children's playground.

Villas - InteriorKitchen:Freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven and all equipment.Living/dining room:Sofa bed lounge (can sleep 2 extra persons), dining table, seating.Bedrooms:3 bedrooms - sleeps 6 persons. Linnen provided.Bathrooms:2 bathrooms, one bath, two showers, two sinks, two toilets.
Towels provided.Entertainment:Satellite lcd TV, Wi-FiOutside:Barbecue, garden, carport, parking, swimming pool 95 m2,

Per villa (6 persons) per week in Euros.

  • High Season
    Weekly Rate:     980 euro
  • Mid Season
    Weekly Rate: 880 euro
    Low Season
    Weekly Rate    : 600 euro

Notes to the rental rates:

  • Daily rates available, please ask for details
  • Extra person 15 euro p.p.p.n. (sofa bed)
  • If parties need more than one villa, please ask for special rates.
  • Villas del Alba can accommodate maximum 26 persons in three villas.

Payment and cancellation terms:

  • 25 % non–refundable deposit at time of booking.
  • Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
  • No refund if cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival.
