Villa Sabonera is a spacious fully equipped villa consisting of the main house having a large sunny dinning room with patio doors which open onto the  terrace next to the private pool. The lounge is a good size with beamed ceiling and feature fire place and Dutch T.v (with many English programmes having Dutch subtitles). There is a fully equipped American style kitchen. 2 good size double bedrooms with airconditioning (one ensuite). A family bathroom. There is also an additional sleeping area ideal for children with a conecting door to the ensuite bedroom. To the outside there is plenty of terrace to sunbathe around the pool with sunbeds and parasols, an outside kitchen with seating, American style fridge freezer, good size gas oven with hob and a dishwasher. There is also an outside barbeque and enclosed shower. The first ajoining apartment consists of a lounge with sofa bed, shower room, fully furnished kitchen, a large double bedroom with an additional single bed with ensuite facilities, an open plan upstairs good size double bedroom on the upper floor with access to the private roof terrace. The rear apartment has a separate lounge/bedroom and a further room with kitchen area and is suitable for either a bedroom or a sitting room. There is a shower room with w.c and to the outside through full length french doors, a private rear enclosed garden area with a chiminea. off road parking for a total of 6 cars. The main house and pool/terraces are ideal for wheel chair access. The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful cove and beach of Cala Advocat where you can swim or snorkel and enjoy a drink and tapas at the chirinquito. Located in a tranquil area between Calpe and Moraira makes this property in an ideal location for a family holiday with so much to offer in the surrounding areas.

Rooms

All rooms are fully furnished with the bedrooms having linen and towels provided at the usual additional cost of 10€ pp per week to cover the cost of laundry etc. You are of course welcome to bring your own.

The villa sleeps 10 people comfortably. 

Rates*

Rates are based on up to 10 people sharing the villa. Electricity is charged on consumption used during your stay.

Rates for:

  • June and September: 1750€ per week
  • July and August: 2250€ per week.
Dinner

We can provide a private chef for the duration of your stay or for a special event or celebration if required. Contact us for further information

We can help arrange bicycle hire if required.

Pets

pets are welcome at a charge of 5€ per day
