This spacious apartment, 180 m2, has a full equipped kitchen, a great living room with a big terrace, 100 m2, and a nice private garden, 2000 m2. 
It offers standard 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; lcd tv, dvd, Hifi and Wifi.

 

Rates*

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during the weekends and holidays!

  • 1 night: 
     
    2 persons : 100 € 
    extra person : 20 € 
    children : 12 € (<12 years) 
     
  • Midweek : from 280 €  (Monday morning till Friday afternoon) 
  • Week : from 500 € /2pers.

Inclusive: 

  • first day self-catering breakfast: everything you need - Cava, coffee, tea, milk, water, fresh oranges, fresh bread and croissants, choco, jam, speculoospasta, eggs, bacon, onion, tomatoes, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruits - to make your own breakfast 
  • a good assortment of ingredients, oil, butter, vinegar, spices, pasta, rice, to make lunch or dinner. Bakery, butcher and supermarket (also open on sundays) in walking distance 
  • bed-linen, sheets, towels, shower-gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes, hairdryer 
  • Use of bicycles, barbeque 
  • Use of pc + internet
