El Soñador – Lliber (Alicante)
Since we spent 2002 our first holiday on the Costa Blanca it was clear to us.
Here we would like to build a house.
More than one years later we had the good fortune that we met a builder who had begun with the construction of what is now our home and bears the name tw "Cien Estrellas"
Beginning 2009, the underlying apartment completed. El Soñador is suitable for two people.
The house and apartments are rented throughout the year.
The house and apartment are luxurious and modern. There is a pool and a garden with several terraces.
The garden is beautifully laid out and offers year a colorful sight.
The house and apartment have a beautiful view over the valley, the mountains, and the evening's beautiful faces when the lights from entering the villages.
It has lots of privacy because it is on a plot of 5000m2 in a very quiet area.
Lliber The village is 2km away and the vineyards in half hour to walk
It seems seems if the time has stopped. And you can click the square at a local bar a delicious cup of coffee or a beer.
Looking for more entertainment than it is at most 10 minutes driving to a larger town with all the tourist facilities previously. The beach and promenade of Calpe are within about 15 minutes drive from the house.
And you have enough of the bustle of the day? Then you might enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the terrace of the villa.
And you will certainly enjoy sleeping under the dark sky where you can count a hundred stars
(Cien Estellas = 100 stars) and you'll definitely enjoy dreams (El Soñador is the dreamer)

El Soñador is a large apartment.
The atmosphere is open and light. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, combi microwave, ceramic hob, large 2mtr. large fridge / freezer and extractor hood.
The living-sitting room is adjacent.
Through a hall you arrive into the luxurious bathroom. With toilet, shower and vanity unit with heating.
The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and slow foam mattress for a delightful sleep.
All windows have shutters and and are musquitofree.

El Soñador is werkelijk een schitterend appartement. Het is zeer ruim opgezet, en voorzien van alle facilteiten die een 14-daagse vakantie volwaardig hebben gemaakt. Dit wordt zeker een terugkeer waard. De rust, de mooie natuur. Geweldig !
