Bo Temps – Grandmenil
In
the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, you can find this former doctor's
house which was converted into a stylish and romantic Bed &
Breakfast. Bo Temps is a quiet and comfortable accommodation with five
theme rooms and a chalet in the garden. Bo Temps is centrally located
between the famous places Durbuy, Spa and La Roche. At a short distance
you can undertake various outdoor activities including skiing (at 7
km), cross country skiing, hiking, golfing, mountain biking and
kayaking. After all that effort it’s time to relax! We have a wonderful
garden with a terrace, lounge-corner and sun loungers. There also is a
real Finnish sauna. Inside we have a cozy lounge with fireplace stove.
Bo Temps has 5 theme rooms: a Greek, Tuscan, Provencal, Scandinavian
and Eastern chamber. The Tuscan room is a lovely room overlooking our
spacious garden and has the bathroom outside the room (private though).
The other rooms have private bathrooms in the room. The Oriental Room
is our familyroom and is ideally suited for up to 4 people. The Tuscan
room can accommodate 3 or 4 persons. The other rooms can accommodate 2
people. The chalet in the garden has a small kitchenette and is
suitable for 2 people.
In the lounge guests can make tea and coffee and there is a fridge with
several kinds of drinks. An ideal place for a game, a book or a good
conversation.
In short, Bo Temps has all the ingredients for a wonderful stay in an authentic piece of the Ardennes.

houd geen rekening met allergien. Ik ben allergies van katten en de katten liepen in de eetzaal heel de tijd rond mij. Zo kon ik niet eten omwille dat ik steeds meer en meer last kreeg van mijn allergie. Kamers zijn niet proper gepoetst. Er was een living met tv en toen we er aankwamen was er niets! Het was alles behalve zijn geld waard. Ik was zeer bedrogen in deze b&b

Via vrienden kwamen we Bo Temps op het spoor.
We hebben een lang weekend genoten van rust en stilte. Prachtige omgeving, heerlijk kunnen wandelen en super gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren. Gezellige ruime kamer, met een paradijselijk uitzicht. Ook al was het maar 3 dagen, toen we thuis kwamen voelde het als een vakantie van 2 weken. En dat zegt voor mij genoeg. We komen zeker terug. Een aanrader dus voor iedereen die houdt van natuur en rust.

Een heerlijk weekend gehad in de jachthut van Bob en Eveline in Grandmenil.
Jezelf even Ernest Hemingway wanen in een ouderwetse jachthut terwijl de houthaard brandt even lekker een douche nemen en daarna heerlijk schrijven aan het eenvoudige tafeltje.
Een geweldige rustgevende omgeving met zeer leuke en warme uitbaters ( Bob en Eveline) en hun kroost.
Bob weet ook heel veel te vertellen over de omgeving en heeft daar ook een eigen website over gemaakt.
Absolute aanrader!

Alles prima, enkel misten we een kast op de slaapkamer. Met 2 jonge kids erbij was deze opbergruimte erg welkom. Een weekendje tussen de reiszakken en valiezen was niet echt ordelijk en handig te noemen.
