De Klaproos has four spacious studios with a splendid view over the Maas valley, which are suitable for four people per studio.

They are equipped with a luxury bathroom and kitchen. In the spring and the summer the opening terrace door let's the sun inside and provides access to the terrace. If you book on the basis of B&B, we serve a delicious breakfast in De Klaproos. A nice long sleep or early rising? You name it. You can book the cottage also on terms of week rental. You will do your own thing, so we do not serve breakfast.

Behind our living farm there is a former barn that we have restored. Parts presumably date from the 19th century.
The basis of the current renovation is to maintain the historical character as much as possible.
Since May 2007, De Klaproos (slap rose) has been opened to guests who want to enjoy a rural area and wide views over the Maas and surrounding fields. Peace, space and outside air are the ingredients for a few days off or a short holiday. Completely free located, situated in the green, it's lovely here to stay on the terrace with a cool drink, enjoying a clear view. The Maas and the city of Maaseik also offer a wide range of activities in the field of sports and culture. So even if you want to be active, there are plenty of opportunities.
Also we have the bicycle label of tourism Flanders.
And on 2 km of historical Maaseik and near the bicycle route Kempen and Maasland no. 46 you will be able to enjoy a relaxing stay in Heppeneert.

Hallo, We hadden het hele complex afgehuurd met 16 personen voor 2 nachten en kijken terug op een superweekend bij de Klaproos!
Alles was goed verzorgt door de uitbaters, de locatie is schitterend middenin de natuur bij de Maas.Prachtige wandelingen gemaakt.

Proficiat met jullie 4 sterren!! Ook nog de eerste van Vlaanderen.
We hebben super genoten van jullie ruime Studio's,vooral van ons eigen keukentje, heerlijk op het terras met de Barbeque.
