Auberge de Valestalière – Valestalière - Monoblet
Forty years ago the children of the valley and the village Valestalière Monoblet were taught to read and write in this beautiful building. The books have now been replaced by plates, the pens have been replaced by cutlery.
On the first floor you find three comfortable rooms, all equipped with shower and toilet. There are two double bedrooms and a family room for four people.
We serve morning breakfast on the terrace or, in winter, in the cozy "familyroom" in front of the fireplace.
In our restaurant you can enjoy a variety of regional specialties, traditional French cuisine and Mediterranean delicacies.
We have a changing daily menu with seasonal produce. And there are so many nice things to find here!
On our shady terrace with lovely views over the valley you can relax and unwind and enjoy our regional cuisine and excellent local wines!

Room (3 persons) : 70 euro per night
Room (4 persons): 90 euro per night
In july and august the prices of the rooms rise with 10 euros if you stay just one night.

Weliswaar niet verbleven in de Auberge, maar wel gegeten. En meer dan uitstekend gegeten, evenals voorgaande keren was het ook nu weer super. Complimenten voor Marleen en Benoit. Komen zeker weer terug. Absolute aanrader...!

Echt een heerlijke plek om relaxed uit te rusten onder het genot van een lekker drankje en geweldig eten ! Het uitzicht is geweldig en onze kamer waar we verbleven was prima in orde. Dank aan de gastvrouw/heer alles was prima verzorgd echt aan te bevelen.
