Run by husband and wife team, Phil and Louise, we aim to create a warm, friendly and relaxed environment for our guests to enjoy. Whitburn Lodge has 5 light, stylish bedrooms, with modern, architect designed en-suite facilities. Located in an elegant terrace of period townhouses, we are a short stroll from the sea front, Brighton's main Conference Centre, boutique shops, restaurants and bars. A perfect location for a seaside weekend break, a theatre trip, exploring the Lanes or for a business trip.

We have three standard double rooms and two king sized rooms, which can accommodate up to 3 people. You will be able to relax and unwind in one of our individually designed bedrooms.
Room One
Room One is the largest room in the house, with high ceilings and full height bay windows, it would have been the original drawing room.
Room One has just been completely refurbished with a brand new en-suite shower room. We are sure you will be able to relax and unwind in the large airy room with the large comfortable bed, egyptian cotton linen, fresh new decor, flat panel TV with freeview channels, comfy leather armchairs, well stocked hospitality tray and toiletries.
Imagine enjoying a drink before strolling (approximately one minute) to the beach to watch the sunset.
Room Two
On the first floor, Room Two overlooks the courtyard. A calm room with neutral themes, this room is a standard double with en-suite shower room.
Room two has just been completely refurbished with a brand new en-suite shower room. It has a double bed with Egyptian cotton linen, fresh new décor, flat panel TV with freeview channels, comfy leather armchairs, well stocked hospitality tray and toiletries.
Room Three
Room Three is another large king-sized room, with a large bay window and is located on the second floor.

Room Four
On the second floor, Room Four overlooks the rear courtyard. A fresh, light and airy room, this room is a standard double with en-suite shower room.

Room Five
Located at the top of the house, accessed by its own staircase, Room Five overlooks the rooftops to the rear of the house. A cosy attic room with a fabulous, freestanding roll top slipper bath in the room. A calm retreat where you can relax and unwind. Not suitable for people over 6ft tall due to the sloping roof line.
