The complete first floor of the Villa is rented out as an appartment (95 m2) which can accomodate max 6 people. The appartment consists of:
- two double bedrooms (14 and 17 m2)
- a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double wash basin
- a large living room (20 m2) with a sofa/sleeping couch, TV, DVD player and radio
- a spacious kitchen (17 m2), with dining corner accomodating 6 people, and equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and oven
- a private sun terrace (40 m2) facing south/west with panoramic view over the valley.
Guests of the villa can connect to the Internet (wifi) free of charge.
