In our guest house you will be staying in an authentic 17th-century former farmhouse in the beautiful Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses. Here, at the border of the Tarn and Aveyron departments, in le Pays de Roquefort, one can enjoy all the good things the region has to offer: peace, quiet, space and unspoiled nature in a Mediterranean atmosphere!
You will stay in guest rooms that are charming and comfortably furnished.
Each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Every morning you can count on a full and hearty breakfast in our cosy dining room or on our sunny terrace.
In the evening we offer you the opportunity to enjoy a tasty three course meal, based on fair and fresh local produce.
"Le Mas des Eglantines' is located four kilometers from the center of Coupiac with its medieval castle. In the surroundings you can go to discover pretty villages along the Tarn (as Brousse-le-Château), visit towns like Millau and Albi, but of course the Sud Aveyron is also a paradise for walking and cycling.

Echt een aanrader,voor het eten zou je kunnen vergelijken met een sterrenrestaurant,op eten ben ik zeer kieskeurig,maar hier was niets op aan te merken.Doe samen zo verder en er zal nog veel volk over jullie vloer komen.

Een perfecte organisatie op maat van de cliënt.We maakten een 'sterwandeling' waardoor we 2 van de 7 nachten in een andere b&b verbleven. Chris en Hilde zijn heel toffe gastheren (m/v), de eetkamer heeft een overweldigend uitzicht en het eten was machtig goed. Héél goed geslapen. Chique streek die je vooral te voet kunt ontdekken. Een paar waarnemingen gedaan die we niet meer zullen vergeten (hop, vuursalamander,...). Een paar dagen of een week in Mas les Eglantines: niet over praten, gewoon doen.

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Gedurende heel ons verblijf deden de eigenaars er alles aan om ons ten volle te laten genieten van : de rust, de prachtige omgeving, ...
Iedere avond werd er halsreikend uitgekeken wat Hilde op ons bord zou toveren, want een ding staat vast koken is haar ding.
Kortom een pracht van een vakantie !!

exellent accueil.Les proprietaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et les repas succulents.Ils savent nous conseiller pour les visites touristiques .Nous recomandons vivement cette chambre d'hote.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf, vooral de kookkunsten van Hilde hebben ons goed gesmaakt. Het enige minpuntje vonden wij het gebrek aan uitgestippelde wandelingen. (Wij zijn nogal natuurliefhebbers)
Verder zeer rustig, een echte aanrader.
