La Marchanderie – Naninne
"La Marchanderie" is an impressive building, with its boulder and blue-stone walls, the traditional building materials of the nearby Meuse valley. Surrounded by a pretty, manicured garden with a swimming pool down one side, hidden from prying eyes, it has a warmly welcoming atmosphere. Guests are usually greeted by the owner in his beautiful lounge on the ground floor, with its impressive open fireplace. Across the hall is the delightful dining room with a large round table, where guests can enjoy gourmet breakfasts. Upstairs are two beautiful guest bedrooms, separated by a corridor. The North room is all white with an interesting interplay of mirrors. The South room has a somewhat warmer atmosphere with its wooden bookcase. Each bedroom has its own large, very comfortable bathroom.
