3KAP///GAY JONGEN offers you to stay in our Bed & Breakfast completely styled with exclusive design furniture and accessories available through Gay Jongen Interieur Maastricht.

The old shoe mill was founded in 1908 en is locally known as '3KAP' (three rooftops ed.) because of the typical shape of the building. Gay Jongen completely renovated the mill and preserved the typical architectural characteristics of the building and incorporated them in a modern design. Despite the giantesque measures of the rooms the overall experience is warm and cozy. Even when groups of people are gathered the spaces are big enough to work comfortably together whilst preserving the intimate atmosphere.

To emphasize his words he turned the old shoe mill into a giant showroom where one can work but foremost also can live normally. This typical style became the trademark from Gay Jongen. How 'ordinary' comfortable and luxurious design can be is available for you to experience in the beautiful suite as Bed & Breakfast concept.
