Le muracce di sotto – Strada in Chianti
This apartment is best for a couple, but it can also sleep four people. We are less than half an hour to the center of Florence but in the nearby countryside there are innumerable sites to see including Greve in Chianti, Impruneta and further along San Gimigiano, Volterra, Siena and Arezzo. We are only five minutes from the famous Ugolino Golf course where there are also swimming facilities and tennis courts. There is also horseback riding and hiking right out the door.
We do not offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped for making whatever meal. Of course there are numerous choices of restaurants just up the road.
Children are welcome as we have a playyard complete with trampoline and doll's house
We offer a small pond for swimming, it is natural rainwater, best early in the season. In any case there are public swimming pools very nearby.
This is the beginning of the Chianti wine region unique with it's vineyards and olive trees and rolling hills, an Italian must.

On the ground floor there is a combination sitting room and kitchen with large open traditional fireplace. Upstairs there is the master double bedroom, a living room with a fold out couch to sleep two other people and the bathroom with both tub and shower. The entire apartment is furnished stylishly in a country fashion.

WE generally rent on a weekly basis but also accept weekenders particularly out of season. For the high season (June-August) a week costs 350.00 euro but we do consider discounts for longer periods. There are no extra charges for electricity, heating or cleaning
