A stunning parquet floor links the wide spacious hallway – almost a room in itself – into a delightful lounge/dining room, which is flooded with natural light.
The galley kitchen has everything you need for an Eastbourne self catering holiday – oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher plus plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery. There is also a large storage cupboard which houses a washing machine.
There is a lovely double bedroom decorated in light green hues. The second bedroom has twin beds plus bags of space – so we can set up a camp bed (or travel cot) if you are a family of five.
Outside you can enjoy a beautiful communal lawned area, surrounded by flowers and there is also a terraced spot with table and chairs.
This self catering Eastbourne holiday flat has a TV, DVD player and free WiFi, plus linen and towels are provided. You have an unallocated parking space in the building grounds, plus there is plenty of free, unrestricted parking in the street.
