The semi-open plan design to the living space provides a contemporary twist, perfectly offset by the magnificent high ceilings of a Regency residence.
This top-quality self catering Eastbourne holiday flat has one generous double bedroom and can accommodate families or groups of up to four thanks to a good-sized sofabed in the lounge.
The spacious, relaxing lounge has a fantastic, wall-mounted flat screen TV and French doors lead on to a delightful South-facing sun terrace – perfect to enjoy the afternoon sun. There is a modern, fully-fitted kitchen furnished with all the equipment you could need – fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker etc – while a separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer, plus the controls for the underfloor heating system if evenings turn slightly chilly. A big family bathroom boasts both bath and shower.
All towels and bed linen are provided. No pets or smoking permitted. A £200 deposit on booking and the balance of payment to be received six weeks prior to arrival. A £500 security deposit will be held for breakages/damages.
