The former mansion has been converted into a holiday home with a studio (2 persons) and apartments (2-4 persons). There is also a large roof terrace with lovely views over the village and valley. The house is located in a residential suburb of Nigüelas, close to all amenities.

Sitting or lying on the roof terrace has a magnificent view over the village and the Lecrin Valley, while behind the house rises the Sierra Nevada. A special place where you can relax and unwind. There is a small collection of books and journals as well as extensive information. WiFi is available. 5x a week there are Spanish-oriented lunches and dinners prepared, which served in the bistro Casa de Lino.

The apartment is located on the second floor, has a beautiful view over the valley and is excellent for the winter. The living room through a sliding door to a spacious roof terrace at the front of the house. Due to the large doors to the terrace there is a lot of light inside. The apartment has one bedroom with two beds and a small bedroom with bunk beds (suitable for adults). The bedroom also has access to a private roof terrace.

The studio is located behind the house on the ground floor and is therefore darker. Summer is cool, however. Entrance is through a small open patio for private use. The studio has a glass sliding door to the patio. The patio is equipped with two chairs and a table, so you can sit outside in the shade at all times. The seating of the studio has attractive stone walls and a beautiful old fireplace containing a wood stove. The sleeping area is screened through a screen in the dining / sitting area and kitchen.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available at Casa de Lino (about 10 minutes walk). Choose from freshly baked white or brown bread, cheese, meats, jams, boiled eggs, cereal / cereal with yogurt, coffee / tea and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Dinner 5 nights a week, in the Bistro Casa de Lino.

parking is free on the road just near the residence

Bicycles

Mountain bikes can be rented in Dúrcal (about 3 km. from Nigüelas)

Pets

Your can unfortunately not take your pet. Casa Espalanda has a cat, it is not allowed him access to the guest. You are also kindly requested not our cat food to give.
